Terms & Conditions

• An order is confirmed once we have received your full payment.
• We reserve items for you when you place the order. If payment isn't received within 3 days, we may cancel the order and put the items back on sale.
• If a product turns out to be unavailable after you've paid, we'll contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

• All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).
• Prices shown in the shop include 8% GST. The price excluding GST is shown underneath.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

• We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Please use your order number as the transfer reference and upload the payment slip on your order page.
• We confirm payments by checking our bank account. This usually takes less than one working day.

• We deliver physical products across the Maldives. Delivery times depend on your island and the ferry or flight schedule.
• Please make sure the delivery address and contact number are correct. We aren't responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

• Digital products (e-books, courses, templates) are available to download from your order page as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Digital products are for your personal use only. Please don't share, resell or publish them.

• Please keep your password safe. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.
